Made for One Page RPG Jam, this solo journaling mini-RPG fills one front-and-back trifold page. Based on the award-winning setting and NPCs from my IFComp 2019 entry, Heretic's Hope. Featuring pixel art by ansimuz.

To play Creep Forward, you'll need a writing utensil, somewhere to record your journey, and three dice: 1d4, 1d6, 1d8.

🎲 1d6 | Purpose | 6: Morsel: Glaucus is part of the underclass of serfs predated upon by the larger invertebrates due to their size.

🎲 1d6-1d4 | Regard | 4: Verdant Glaucus is considered Worthy by Her Excellency despite being a Morsel, and will be off limits to those who would otherwise attack him. However, other bugs may remain skeptical or unfriendly due to class biases.

🎲 1d8+1d6 | Fate | 11: ❝Verdant Glaucus attains salvation through Her Excellency's clemency, preventing her courtiers from tearing him apart, lest they be punished severely. In time, Verdant Glaucus undergoes metamorphosis in a protected corner of the Hive. He reaches maturity safely, emerging as a butterfly.❞
