1181
C:\User\█████> "1181 is a twine inspired by the fermi paradox, cosmic horror, and isaiah 34:14."
This twine contains multiple endings and is best played in fullscreen!
Written by Grim (@grimoirtua) and Gail (@notgojira); Gail also programmed the game, figured out its scripts, and provided its concept & assorted visuals, in addition to writing a certain chilling exchange near the end. We finished it in ten days for #fermijam, and it was a ton of fun! This was also Gail's first game jam!
❝ Her nobles shall be no more, nor shall kings be proclaimed there; all her princes are gone. Her castles shall be overgrown with thorns, her fortresses with thistles and briers. She shall become an abode for jackals and a haunt for ostriches. Wildcats shall meet with desert beasts, satyrs shall call to one another; There shall ███████ repose, and find for herself a place to rest...❞

amazing use of twine! love what you did with the images and visual elements, especially the maps, the glitching, and flashlight! wish i knew how you did it??? and a great story! loved the descriptions of the basement and the preaching at the end
SO well done, huge fan of the way you blended religious horror with scifi. 1181/1181 would [redacted] again
Games don't start. (using Chrome)
I'm sorry to hear that; this may be an issue with your browser or possibly itch, as Chrome seems to work for me, but I often have a similar issue playing Twine games on itch in Firefox. Thanks for letting me know; I'll try to look into it.
That was great! Loved the visual elements, and the combination of sci-fi and horror. It's very intriguing.
Really great stuff, nice job.
